Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Head of Partner Marketing to lead consumer marketing efforts across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and Czech Republic. This role involves driving partner marketing activity with impactful partners to engage consumers and reduce food waste. The Head of Partner Marketing will collaborate with the Key Accounts team to build relationships with partners' marketing teams and secure buy-in for co-branded campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create and own the strategy and delivery of partner marketing in Cluster Center
- Lead, coach and develop the team of Partner Marketing across Cluster Center markets
- Deliver impactful shared B2B2C partner marketing campaigns
- Oversee the planning and execution of a Too Good To Go Partner Advocacy event
- Manage the development and implementation of Too Good To Go’s partner-focused presence at major industry events and conferences
- Manage the partner marketing budget
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing teams of our Key Account partners in Cluster Center
- Collaborate closely with our Heads of Key Accounts and their team to identify opportunities and prioritise activity that ensure short and long term growth
- Collaborate with the Heads of B2C, PR, public affairs and global partner marketing colleagues as well as creative teams
- Feed the international learning loop to help continuously optimise strategies, messaging and activation towards and together with partners
- Adapt global tools to unlock local opportunities and challenge markets to elevate overall global performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering successful integrated Partner Marketing campaigns that hit KPIs (B2B2C and B2B) at international scale
- Experience in online marketplaces and tech is a must
- Fluent in English and/or German plus another Cluster Center language
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
- Experience leading and developing an international team of colleagues
- Experience with performance data from Partner Marketing campaigns
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Strategic thinker who enjoys being hands on
- Proven to establish new business partnerships
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience in leading key projects (project management)
- Keen eye for detail, and proficiency in briefing & reviewing campaign assets
