Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Intern to join their Patient Operations team for an 8-week casual role at their Sydney HQ. The intern will support hiring, onboarding, and workforce management, contributing to a high-quality experience for practitioners and patients. Role Involves:
- Reviewing CVs, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating practitioner hiring.
- Supporting new practitioners to onboard and get set up for success.
- Managing workforce queries, booking shifts, and sharing valuable practitioner feedback.
- Helping improve internal processes and documentation.
- Partnering with teams in Sydney and Manila to keep things moving.
