Job Description
GHX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support PeopleSoft instances. The role involves technical support of PeopleSoft systems, databases, and architecture. The Senior Software Engineer will configure and administer PeopleSoft instances, perform upgrades, and design integrations between PeopleSoft and the GHX product line. They will work with user interfaces and batch processing, maintain custom applications, and provide input for product lifecycle.

Role involves:
  • Technical support of PeopleSoft instances, databases, and architecture.
  • Configuring and administering PeopleSoft PUM/Demo instances.
  • Performing application, PeopleTools, database, and operating system version upgrades.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between PeopleSoft and the GHX product line.
  • Maintaining custom applications and customizations across multiple versions of PeopleSoft.
  • Interacting with users to define system requirements in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:
  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6-8 years of PeopleSoft System Administration experience and Oracle database Administration.
  • 3-4 years of experience in PeopleTools 8.5.x/8.6 development.
  • Experience in Integration Broker with hands-on experience integrating PeopleSoft applications with third-party systems.
  • Experience in developing RESTful and SOAP-based APIs using PeopleTools/PeopleCode and Integration Broker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in an AGILE/SCRUM environment.
