Job Description
HomeLight is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate to join their marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for intake, project management, and building email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across lender, agent, and consumer verticals. They will execute acquisition, engagement, loyalty, & rewards programs with top customers, working directly with stakeholders to execute high-visibility campaigns across marketing.Role involves:
- Intake and build campaigns in email platforms
- Analyze, report on, and optimize email and SMS campaigns via A/B testing
- Maintain lifecycle channel and attribution integrity
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B, engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience using ESP and CRM platforms (Iterable, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.)
- Experience building, testing, and scaling new campaigns for different segments
- Experience working directly with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Strong project management and communication skills
