Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Head of Global Sales to lead its global commercial strategy. This role is based in Boston and involves defining and implementing the sales strategy, scaling the team to over 100 members, and driving high-performance execution across international markets. The Head of Global Sales will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape the sales approach and scale the advertising infrastructure platform.

Role Involves:
  • Leading the global commercial strategy.
  • Building and scaling a high-performing global sales organization.
  • Driving complex, high-ACV enterprise deals.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
  • Designing and implementing a global sales infrastructure.
  • Establishing clear KPIs and driving top-line growth.
  • Partnering with founders and finance leadership.
  • Operating as a core member of the executive team.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, including 3+ years leading and scaling teams in a high-growth SaaS or platform company.
  • Experience building sales organizations during high-growth ARR journey.
  • Ability to close complex, high-ACV deals.
  • Experience designing and executing GTM plans across multiple product lines.
  • Success in recruiting, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Strong command of CRM systems, forecasting models, and sales playbooks.
  • Experience working alongside product, marketing, and success teams.
  • Comfortable presenting to boards, investors, and enterprise clients.
