Job Description
Angi is seeking an IT Enterprise Engineering Manager to ensure a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services. This role involves partnering with the organization to maintain, install, and configure systems according to business requirements. The IT Enterprise Engineering Manager will lead a team of IT Engineers and Analysts, planning team objectives, running sprints, and assisting with task completion. They will also take ownership of stakeholder and vendor relationships, provide guidance to team members, and report to upper management.
Role involves:
- Leading a team of IT Engineers and Analysts
- Planning team objectives in coordination with Business units and other stakeholders
- Running Sprints from planning to retroactive review
- Assisting team with task completion
- Taking Ownership of relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors
- Providing guidance and coaching to team members
- Reporting to upper management on various aspects of the team
- Working through complex asks and issues not currently understood to find a path forward
- Working with partners to turn Business needs into actionable system requirements
- Designing, Documenting, Updating, and Configuring based on requirements
- Working with Vendors to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions
- Continuing to develop personal knowledge and expertise
- Maintaining and monitoring system performance
- Identifying security risks, best practices, and providing education to the organization and team
- Actively participating in all facets of the incident response lifecycle and enhance incident response playbooks leveraging automation to remediate issues or add context where possible.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field
- 3+ years of experience in a professional leadership role
- 6+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting product/engineering functions, cloud infrastructure, corporate infrastructure development
- 3+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting Genesys Cloud, Nice Incontact, or similar Contact Center platform
- Experience with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions such as Okta, ADFS, Auth0, etc.
- Experience defining and implementing internal practices and controls
- Experience building and maintaining telephony systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience
- Software engineering/scripting experience is a plus
- Willingness to proactively learn and apply new skills and technologies
