Dialogue is seeking an Account Executive to drive expansion across eastern territories. The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for sparking meaningful conversations, uncovering client needs, and bringing Dialogue's Integrated Health Platform to life for organizations. They will thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What this role involves: - Managing the end-to-end sales process, including identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing complex sales.
- Developing and executing strategies for outbound prospecting, business development collaboration, and partnership collaboration.
- Achieving a revenue target.
- Following a defined sales process and recording all activities in the CRM.
- Optimizing addressable market coverage and generating outbound pipeline/revenue opportunities.
- Collaborating with partnerships to source new partnerships and develop existing relationships.
- Presenting Dialogue to partners and executives of prospective customers.
Requirements: - Grit & Agility: Ability to pick up the phone, pivot on the fly, and dive into the unknown with confidence.
- Passionate professionalism.
- A mission-oriented mindset.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with strategic selling in a complex environment.
- Experience with relationship management and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
- Skilled at consultative and evangelical selling.
