Staff DevSecOps Developer

Dialogue is seeking a Staff DevSecOps Developer to ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of its infrastructure platform. The role involves contributing to the platform's evolution through innovative solutions, enhanced security measures, and optimized performance. The Staff DevSecOps Developer will support product teams, fostering efficiency and autonomy while mitigating cybersecurity risks.

What this role involves:

• Developing and enhancing Dialogue's platform infrastructure.
• Contributing to cybersecurity initiatives.
• Supporting and collaborating with product development teams.
• Improving monitoring and observability.
• Automating operational tasks.
• Participating in code reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Golang, or Bash.
• A strong DevOps mindset.
• Cybersecurity expertise.
• Information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
