Job Description
Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their Data Solutions Pod. This pod focuses on providing customers with actionable insights into audience behavior, targeting solutions, and measurement tools, all built upon a privacy-compliant identity framework. The Senior Data Engineer will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data analysts, software engineers, and product managers to develop and scale high-performance data pipelines while ensuring a modular and maintainable data modeling approach.
What this role involves: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and services using tools such as DBT and Spark.
- Autonomously creating, testing, deploying, and monitoring production code with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
- Working with the Engineering Manager and the product managers to frame projects and be accountable for their execution.
- Developing a deep understanding of business needs to design relevant, impactful data solutions for our clients.
- Architecting simple yet flexible data models that support complex analytical use cases.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration both within Teads and with external stakeholders.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that could enhance our infrastructure and processes.
Requirements: - Good programming abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Data engineering mind set with the capability to design , implement and optimize data engineering solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical capabilities in order to critically analyze existing or proposed solutions.
