Senior Manager - Banking Alliance

Job Description

Razorpay is seeking a Senior Manager - Banking Alliance to drive global large enterprise merchant partnerships and banking relationships for its international banking loyalty programs. The role is based in Singapore and focuses on the Asia Pacific region.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-value merchants, crafting impactful program constructs, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring seamless merchant integration and management. They will also manage banking and network relationships with clients such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, DBS, and UOB.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard top-tier global and regional merchants across various sectors.
• Develop customized loyalty program constructs aligned with banking partners' goals.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with merchants.
• Oversee merchant onboarding and integration.
• Serve as the key account manager for onboarded merchants.
• Track program performance and optimize offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in merchant partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Strong understanding of banking loyalty programs and card-linked offers.
• Expertise in commercial negotiations and structuring high-impact partnerships.
• Experience working across APAC markets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
