The ideal candidate will design and deliver onboarding programs, conduct coaching sessions, create learning content, measure training effectiveness, and collaborate with various teams.Role involves:
Designing and delivering onboarding programs
Conducting individual and group coaching sessions
Creating playbooks, training decks, and e-learning modules
Tracking training effectiveness using tools like Salesforce and Gong
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting teams
Requirements:
Experience in sales enablement, training, or coaching
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency with tools like Docebo, Gong, Articulate, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
