Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Retail - NuORDER to champion the brand and enterprise retailer experience. This role involves leading go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption efforts for features that reduce friction across the NuORDER product. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Product, Strategy, Support, and Sales to ensure that enhancements to the retail experience translate into measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and increases in sales penetration.Role involves:
  • Owning positioning and messaging for NuORDER features.
  • Defining how products are integrated and communicated.
  • Gathering customer, sales, and market feedback.
  • Monitoring the competitor landscape.
  • Assessing product usage and market position.
  • Developing persona insights and merchant segmentation.
  • Managing the Product Advisory Council.
  • Developing a customer communications and adoption strategy.
  • Leading go-to-market planning for feature enhancements.
  • Partnering with Support, Enablement, and Sales.
  • Measuring and analyzing the impact of product launches.
  • Creating feedback loops with Sales, Support, and Merchant Success.
  • Collaborating with Integrated Marketing and Campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within retail, wholesale, or B2B SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of wholesale operations.
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights and support data.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience conducting and leveraging qualitative and quantitative research.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity about the merchant journey.
