Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Hospitality to drive growth for the Lightspeed Restaurant product in EMEA (Germany/France) and North America. This role involves defining the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging, while collaborating with Product, Strategy, Sales, and Customer teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of developing persona documents and identifying opportunities to increase product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own product positioning and messaging.
- Understand the Hospitality industry and technology landscape.
- Lead competitive and market analysis.
- Conduct customer research to understand personas and needs.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Define and influence key product metrics.
- Develop a roadmap of marketing initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison for go-to-market teams in your region.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams to develop compelling content and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or similar go-to-market experience.
- Previous background in SaaS marketing, or with exposure to small business audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking with experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong research and quantitative skills to generate market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German/French.
