Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Hospitality to drive growth for the Lightspeed Restaurant product in EMEA (Germany/France) and North America. This role involves defining the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation, while collaborating with Product, Strategy, Sales, and Customer teams to refine product-market fit. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will:
- Own product positioning and messaging.
- Understand the Hospitality industry.
- Lead competitive and market analysis.
- Conduct customer research.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Define and influence key product metrics.
- Develop a roadmap of marketing initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison for go-to-market teams in your region.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience.
- Previous background in SaaS marketing, or with exposure to small business audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking with experience in positioning, messaging, and driving product growth.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong research and quantitative skills to generate market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German/French.
