This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales department. The Business Development Representative will be the initial point of contact for potential customers.Lightspeed's Outbound team is expanding, offering an opportunity to contribute to a refined and optimized process. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and technology.
What this role involves: - Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
- Engaging and qualifying new leads through various channels.
- Cooperating with the Account Executive team to book demonstrations.
- Collaborating with the Marketing/Sales team to develop new sales strategies.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals consistently.
Requirements: - Experience in a sales or call center environment.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Tech-savviness and willingness to assist others.
- An entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
- Experience with Retail/Hospitality point-of-sale systems or Technology is a bonus.
