Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a Pre-sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Paris. This role is crucial for developing new projects, supporting strategic accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge, exceptional technical expertise, and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, along with sales experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting Account Executives by defining technical solutions and evaluating client needs.
  • Working with Strategic Account Managers to prevent churn and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Go-To-Market team by addressing client issues.
  • Installing and configuring equipment for trade shows and representing the company.
  • Conducting competitive analysis to effectively position solutions.
  • Serving as the main expert on hardware, software, integrations, and APIs.
  • Delivering demonstrations for partners to facilitate new agreements.
  • Responding to RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with other departments.
  • Maintaining demo stations and accounts.
  • Collaborating with installation teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with sales managers.
  • Providing client feedback to product teams.


Requirements:
  • Sales and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Cloud SaaS ecosystems in hospitality.
  • Aptitude for technology.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team spirit and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in French and a very good level of English.
  • Knowledge of API functionality is a bonus.
