Engineering Manager, CDMX Site Lead

Airtable is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering team in Mexico City. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with engineering leadership to establish best practices for working with the first international engineering team and build a talent network in Mexico City.Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers.
• Implement streamlined processes and best practices for collaboration with SF and NYC teams.
• Cultivate a safe and inclusive team culture.
• Mentor engineers at various career stages.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and construct high-quality products.
• Collaborate across functions with engineering, product, design, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience partnering with US teams/clients.
• Experience leading teams in developing mission-critical product features and systems.
• Experience in leading product definition, managing trade-offs, and driving customer adoption.
• Experience in managing and developing mid-level, senior, and staff engineers.
