Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Ethos is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Engineering organization. This role requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge to influence and drive cross-team projects and roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable in a fast-moving organization, and eager to collaborate to solve difficult challenges.Ethos is looking for someone who is highly organized and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.Role involves:

• Developing and managing end-to-end project plans.
• Partnering with engineering and product leads to evolve product strategy.
• Providing hands-on program management during all phases of development.
• Driving internal process improvements across teams.
• Providing day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks.
• Performing the duties of a Scrum Master.
• Assisting teams with understanding agile and scrum framework.
• Facilitating roadmapping, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and scrum of scrums.
• Mapping dependencies and relationships between projects and teams.
• Communicating status to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years knowledge/work as an active Scrum Master.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing, coaching or managing teams.
