FP&A Manager

Job Description

Metropolis is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company. He/She will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and help drive key business decisions.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Prepare and review financial presentations for monthly business reviews and board meetings.
• Develop and manage complex 3-statement financial models.
• Analyze business performance by comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets.
• Manage the consolidation of financial data from various business units.
• Maintain and enhance financial processes and systems.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 2+ years of investment banking experience.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, ideally within the tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Hyperion or similar financial planning systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with analyzing complex datasets and data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, drivers-based financial modeling, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
