Job Description

Podium is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to reimagine internal tools and build the future of user experience across internal platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on front-end development and integration, working closely with product owners, AI agents, and business technologists to deliver human-centric solutions.

The Senior Business Systems Engineer will play a key role in rebuilding and rethinking the user experience across internal platforms, with a strong focus on front-end development and integration. He will work shoulder-to-shoulder with product owners, AI agents, and business technologists to bring high-impact, human-centric solutions to life.

What this role involves:

  • Rethinking and rebuilding business system interfaces.
  • Building modern, reusable front-end components.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality improvements.
  • Integrating intelligent agents and automation into workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.
  • Deep familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
  • Strong interest in AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to integrate APIs and simplify complex system interactions.
  • Proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Clear communication and a strong sense of ownership.
