Job Description
League is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects. The candidate will act as a liaison between the partner and League's cross-functional teams, working closely with product, engineering, and client technical teams to develop and document technical requirements. This role requires strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate client needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner between the client and League.
  • Lead technical workstreams to gather client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align client requirements.
  • Create a single program plan across all League workstreams.
  • Manage and report on the delivery timeline.
  • Lead client discussions on implementation activities.
  • Support testing activities across the implementation lifecycle.
  • Define and manage the release schedule.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate barriers to project success.
  • Lead internal initiatives to improve documentation and processes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years in account management/implementation.
  • 5+ years experience in software and/or product development.
  • 5+ years of client management responsibilities.
  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or healthcare IT preferred.
  • Residence in Western Canada is required.
  • Ability to work regular Pacific time zone hours required.
