Job Description
League is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects. The candidate will act as a liaison between the partner and League's cross-functional teams, working closely with product, engineering, and client technical teams to develop and document technical requirements. This role requires strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate client needs into technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner between the client and League.
- Lead technical workstreams to gather client requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align client requirements.
- Create a single program plan across all League workstreams.
- Manage and report on the delivery timeline.
- Lead client discussions on implementation activities.
- Support testing activities across the implementation lifecycle.
- Define and manage the release schedule.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate barriers to project success.
- Lead internal initiatives to improve documentation and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in account management/implementation.
- 5+ years experience in software and/or product development.
- 5+ years of client management responsibilities.
- 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or healthcare IT preferred.
- Residence in Western Canada is required.
- Ability to work regular Pacific time zone hours required.
