Job Description
SoundHound AI is seeking a Product Analyst to define and execute the product vision and strategy for their Enterprise Conversational AI platform. This role involves leading discovery, ideation, refinement, and execution within cross-disciplinary teams, leveraging user research, prototyping, and agile methodologies. The Product Analyst will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Role involves:
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed product requirements.
  • Translating high-level product features into detailed user stories.
  • Maintaining a well-organized product backlog.
  • Acting as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Developing prototypes and MVPs.
  • Defining KPIs and success metrics.
  • Communicating product vision and roadmap.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proven track record of leading discovery and iterative product development.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Experience with user research and defining product requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in Conversational AI, Call Centers as a Service, or Intelligent Virtual Assistants (preferred).
  • Knowledge of API design, AI/ML-driven products, or cloud-based SaaS platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, A/B testing, and product analytics tools (preferred).
  • Strong technical acumen (preferred).
