Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Senior Recruiter to focus on Go-to-Market divisions, including Field Sales, Customer Success, and Inside Sales. The successful candidate will manage 15-18 positions across EMEA, handling the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone with in-house experience in a global high-growth technology organization.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide recruiting support and advice.
  • Acting as an expert in industry best practices and monitoring new trends.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer.
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top candidates.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of the recruiting process by conducting skills training for managers.
  • Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS (Greenhouse) and tracking recruiting data.
  • Communicating effectively with HR and Finance teams.
  • Developing the employer brand through advertising and community involvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience recruiting across EMEA regions.
  • Experience recruiting across Go-To-Market teams.
  • Demonstrable experience with SaaS market mapping techniques.
  • Proven track record of results through direct sourcing strategies.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent candidate experience.
  • Results-focused, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Hands-on delivery approach with experience leveraging different sourcing channels.
  • Spoken languages desirable - French or Italian
