Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Public Sector Capture Manager to identify and secure business opportunities within the public sector. The Capture Manager will play a crucial role in managing the RFP response process, collaborating with internal and external partner proposal teams, and leveraging relationships with senior-level stakeholders in government agencies. This role involves driving market-based competitive intelligence, increasing win rates in public sector contracting, and tracking proposal performance.Role involves:

• Identifying and winning executable business in the public sector.
• Managing the RFP response process.
• Collaborating with internal and external partner proposal teams.
• Leveraging relationships with senior-level stakeholders in government agencies.
• Driving market-based competitive intelligence.
• Increasing win rate in public sector contracting.
• Tracking and reporting on proposal and capture performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading public sector captures in the SaaS industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of government contracting processes, procurement rules, and regulations.
• Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or solution selling methodologies a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
