Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their Enterprise Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in empowering enterprise customers in LATAM and North America to maximize the value of the Amplitude analytics platform. The Growth Marketing Manager will partner with customer executives and their teams to drive adoption through data-driven marketing initiatives. They will leverage their expertise in growth marketing, customer acquisition, and analytics to guide customers toward sustained growth.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with customers to develop and execute customized growth strategies.
  • Advising senior customer executives on leveraging analytics-driven insights.
  • Leading strategic business reviews to quantify marketing impact.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback.
  • Conducting detailed analyses of customer engagement data.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, CRM, or similar roles.
  • Proven success managing large-scale paid and organic user acquisition campaigns.
  • Deep experience with lifecycle and engagement marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in modeling and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Track record of successfully influencing senior executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and business acumen.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
