SAP Global COUPA Technical/Functional Lead 

Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Global COUPA Technical/Functional Lead to enhance global collaboration through IT systems. This role resides within the SIE IT – Business Enablement Services department, focusing on the COUPA platform, which integrates with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and IBP.

The ideal candidate will drive the delivery of technical solutions to meet SIE's global needs. They will lead the design and development of new architecture and functional upgrades released by COUPA, building expertise across the COUPA application suite. The role involves adhering to COUPA iterative development processes, participating in defect analysis, and prioritizing Finance initiatives.

The candidate will work with the SAP and MuleSoft teams, validate system changes, and contribute to interface design and integration testing. They will also troubleshoot production issues across the SAP platform.

What this role involves:

• Leading the design and development of new architecture and major functional upgrades released by COUPA.
• Building solid expertise of the entire COUPA application suite.
• Participating in defect analysis for maintenance releases.
• Owning the prioritization, management, and reporting of progress against identified Finance initiatives.
• Working closely with the SAP and MuleSoft team to define requirements for E2E flow.
