Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Web3 to drive the growth and adoption of decentralized technology. This role is within the Global Product Marketing team and will focus on bringing OKX's Web3 products to market, with a priority on the US market. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies and GTM plans, focusing on western markets, with US as a priority. They will also play a key role in bringing OKX's new global community identity and programs to life.
What this role involves:
- Devising strategies and programs to acquire new, active wallets.
- Leading key GTMs covering 360-degree aspects of marketing.
- Collaborating with product teams, business development, and executive leadership.
- Developing programs to position the Wallet as the product of choice among key communities.
- Acting as the voice of the community and gathering market insights.
- Identifying Culture Leaders, Community Managers, and Volunteers.
- Coordinating global community activations.
- Establishing a structured feedback loop between the community and product teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in building and scaling crypto-native communities.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in fintech and crypto.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven track record of strategic and executional excellence on social media.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
- Event Planning & Execution Experience understanding the complexity and detail associated with real-life activations
