Job Description
OKX is seeking an Engineering Lead - Compliance AML to join their team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and technical leadership of AML systems. The Engineering Lead will lead a technical team of 10+ members and collaborate with product and compliance teams to establish data-driven compliance effectiveness objectives.This role involves:
  • Leading a technical team of 10+ members.
  • Developing technical roadmaps for TMS/CMS development.
  • Collaborating with product and compliance teams.
  • Driving R&D in cutting-edge AML technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AML or risk management.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain and crypto risks.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Proficient in Java and JVM optimization.
  • Extensive experience with the Spring ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with big data tools and rule engines.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to align technical decisions with business objectives.
  • Compliance Advocate: In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and audit requirements.
  • Collaborative Leader: Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin.
