Senior Product Designer, Chat Experience

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Chat Experience to join their product design team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of OKX's chat features, focusing on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and aesthetically appealing designs. This individual will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into design-driven solutions that resonate with users globally.

Role involves:

• Driving experience innovation on socially-driven and interaction-heavy features.
• Partnering with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define core problems and deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Contributing to the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
• Collaborating with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision.
• Elevating the quality of the design by soliciting feedback and facilitating design thinking workshops.

Requirements:

• Experience in designing visually engaging consumer-facing chat experiences or instant messaging platforms/features.
• A strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.
• Deep expertise in visual and user interface design.
• Strong critical thinking and design judgment.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating within cross-functional teams at a tech company.
• Strong communication skills.
