What this role involves:
- Build strong customer relationships and navigate their organizations.
- Drive commercial discussions with customers, meeting strategic and financial targets.
- Deliver expertise, education, and payment guidance to customers.
- Prioritize and execute short and long-term projects.
- Serve as a feedback loop for the customer internally.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in account management, product management, or a related role.
- Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services (specifically payments).
- Passion for leading strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews.
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a story.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Some domestic and international travel required.
