Job Description
Adyen is seeking a dynamic leader for their EMEA Onboarding Operations team. The Team Lead will manage a team focused on advising on compliance processes and product offerings during customer onboarding, while also gathering insights to improve the onboarding process. They will develop strategies to scale the business and collaborate with global teams to balance regulatory compliance and commercial objectives. The Team Lead will also work with commercial leadership to translate Adyen's future strategies into operational needs and drive key initiatives.
