Team Lead - Implementation

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead - Implementation to join their Professional Services Team and lead a team of Implementation Engineers in North America. This role is based in either the San Francisco or New York office. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.This role involves:

• Leading a team of implementation engineers.
• Delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
• Acting as a sparring partner and escalation layer.
• Fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Scaling the team while preserving company culture.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Assisting in executing strategic initiatives.

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of leadership experience managing implementation engineers, technical consultants, or solutions engineers.
• Hands-on experience with integration projects in complex environments.
• Experience in global process improvements.
• Understanding of global commerce dynamics.
• Openness to domestic and international travel.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Unified Commerce, Marketplaces, or Financial Services (Nice to have).
