Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Specialist

Job Description

VEED.IO is seeking an Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Specialist to join their Growth team. This role is fully remote and based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will manage and grow VEED’s affiliate marketing and referral programs across various business units, focusing on driving incremental revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow VEED’s affiliate marketing program.
• Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to scale high-performing partners.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and incrementality testing.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of affiliate and referral campaigns.
• Manage the Affiliates budget and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with Design and Video teams to plan ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
• Monitor KPIs and inform optimization decisions.
• Partner with Analytics and Finance to validate performance.
• Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Paid Marketing.
• Proven track record of campaign ownership and results.
• Ownership mindset and proactive leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach.
• Creative thinker with expertise in innovative strategies.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage ambiguity.
• Strong communicator.
• Experience managing affiliates marketing and referral campaigns, B2B SaaS experience (Bonus).
