Client Onboarding Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Job Description

Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to join its Customer Success organization. This role is crucial for delivering quick time-to-value solutions to top-tier clients during the onboarding phase. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive strategic outcomes and ensure long-term success.Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing strategic outcomes-based onboarding plans.
• Identifying opportunities and risks, and presenting recommendations & solutions.
• Providing prescriptive onboarding best-practices and industry-specific intelligence use cases.
• Ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff between teams.
• Managing top strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Finding solutions to complex technical issues during onboarding.
• Conducting new user advanced training.
• Enhancing premium services client onboarding.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity, SecOps, or Threat Intelligence.
• Certifications such as Security+ (strongly recommended), PMP, Certified Scrum Master are preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Knowledge of basic API/integration troubleshooting steps.
• Superb communication skills.
• Ability to conduct advanced product workshops.
• US-based, and ability to work from our Arlington, VA or Somerville, MA office
