Job Description
Contentful is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Taxonomies and Search team. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and focuses on enhancing and maintaining the platform's core content capabilities, including taxonomies, ontologies, tags, and search. The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class platform insights for Contentful's customers.Role involves:- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable frontend and backend features.
- Collaborating with product managers and designers.
- Fixing bugs and solving problems.
- Using analytics to inform product decisions.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Experience in building APIs and services that efficiently handle large volumes of traffic.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Great communication skills in English.
