Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

Huspy, a leading proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Data team in Madrid. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable intelligence, supporting business units by delivering insights and creating impactful reports. This position requires a strong focus on Business Intelligence and the ability to work closely with business, product, and engineering teams.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining BI dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Extracting and analyzing data from various sources, including Snowflake, using SQL.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translating them into analytical solutions.
• Optimizing reporting systems for scalability and efficiency.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy across BI systems.
• Documenting BI processes and data definitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics or BI-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake.
• Experience in conducting data analysis and generating insights.
• Familiarity with ETL processes for data preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative spirit and experience working cross-functionally.
• Spanish native speaker and advanced level of English.
