Huspy, a leading proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Real Estate Operations Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations and financial processes within the UAE market. This role involves managing essential administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the real estate division.Here’s what the role involves:
- Handling issuance and renewals of RERA cards, Broker IDs, and Trakheesi permits.
- Managing and compiling commission calculations based on closed deals and agent performance.
- Maintaining and reporting on the real estate division's Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Overseeing the handling of cheques, invoice processing, and related financial documentation.
- Collaborating across teams to streamline processes and support overall operational efficiency.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate operations in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial processes, compliance requirements, and AML regulations.
- Strong understanding of real estate documentation, including MOUs, Form F, and standard real estate contracts.
- Hands-on experience with RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, and commission structures.
- Proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
