SPARETECH is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist to build an exceptional employee experience through HR processes. The role involves collaborating with the People & Culture team to create structures for effective collaboration and growth within the international team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for people, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Role involves:

  • Managing HR operations tasks, including creating employment contracts and maintaining data in Personio.
  • Preparing monthly payroll accounting and liaising with external payroll providers.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
  • Supporting the On- and Off-boarding process.
  • Overseeing Freelancer Management.
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition.
  • Working on P&C projects.
  • Utilizing tools like Personio, Notion, and Slack.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about creating efficient HR processes.
  • Able to establish relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively in English and German.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
  • At least two years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or People & Culture roles.
