Muck Rack is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to drive growth and secure renewals within its mid-market customer segment.   • Serving as a primary contact for mid-market customers.
  • Achieving revenue goals through retention, expansion, and upsells.
  • Providing product expertise and strategic recommendations.
  • Overseeing the customer lifecycle from post-sale to renewal.
  • Managing customer feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
  • Negotiating contracts to ensure long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Expertise in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Background in contract management and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in PR or journalism.
