Role Involves: - Serving as a primary contact for mid-market customers.
- Achieving revenue goals through retention, expansion, and upsells.
- Providing product expertise and strategic recommendations.
- Overseeing the customer lifecycle from post-sale to renewal.
- Managing customer feedback and influencing the product roadmap.
- Negotiating contracts to ensure long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Expertise in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle.
- Background in contract management and negotiation.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience or strong interest in PR or journalism.
