Job Description

Sezzle is seeking an Interim Project Manager to support their Sports Marketing & Industry Events team. This is a maternity leave coverage role for approximately 4 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining momentum across several high-priority initiatives.

The role involves:

  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for the Minnesota Timberwolves, internal teams, and potential clients.
  • Supporting activation of sponsorship assets across events, campaigns, signage and digital channels.
  • Managing client entertainment logistics including travel, accommodations, ticket management, scheduling, dinners, etc.
  • Ensuring seamless execution of contractual obligations and suggest improvements to underperforming areas.
  • Coordinating logistics and support for key industry events, including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event sales enablement.
  • Assisting in budget tracking and management to ensure efficient use of sponsorship and event resources.
  • Offering flexible availability to support events and activations as needed, including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Supporting Revenue team with administrative tasks.

Sezzle requires the following:

  • 3-5+ years in executive administration, marketing, project management, or sponsorships.
  • Strong project management skills and extremely organized.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
