Job Description
Sezzle is seeking an Interim Project Manager to support their Sports Marketing & Industry Events team. This is a maternity leave coverage role for approximately 4 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining momentum across several high-priority initiatives.
The role involves:
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for the Minnesota Timberwolves, internal teams, and potential clients.
- Supporting activation of sponsorship assets across events, campaigns, signage and digital channels.
- Managing client entertainment logistics including travel, accommodations, ticket management, scheduling, dinners, etc.
- Ensuring seamless execution of contractual obligations and suggest improvements to underperforming areas.
- Coordinating logistics and support for key industry events, including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event sales enablement.
- Assisting in budget tracking and management to ensure efficient use of sponsorship and event resources.
- Offering flexible availability to support events and activations as needed, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Supporting Revenue team with administrative tasks.
Sezzle requires the following:
- 3-5+ years in executive administration, marketing, project management, or sponsorships.
- Strong project management skills and extremely organized.
- Excellent client-facing skills with emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
