Job Description
Smartly is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Manila. This role is crucial for driving retention and growth among valued customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed in the social advertising industry. The Customer Success Manager will manage a large book of business, train customers, and drive feature adoption, leading to renewals, account expansion, and customer satisfaction across their portfolio.Role involves:
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with a large book of customers.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for training and product support, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Becoming a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising.
  • Meeting targets and driving growth in the book of business, maximizing customer renewals and feature adoption.
  • Collaborating effectively across functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering.
  • Helping Smartly build a world-class Customer Success organization.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
  • Capability of learning new tools and processes quickly.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook, Tiktok Pinterest, Snapchat etc).
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • Results-driven mentality and capable of meeting commercial targets and weekly productivity goals.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
  • Confident, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with exceptional organizational skills.
