M&A Analyst - UK

Job Description

Banyan Software is seeking an M&A Analyst to join their team in London. Banyan Software acquires, builds, and grows enterprise software businesses. The M&A Analyst will play a key role in the M&A team, working with Associates, Directors, and VPs. This role offers hands-on learning experience in a collaborative environment.Role involves:

• Analyzing financial and non-financial information for new acquisition opportunities.
• Reviewing confidential information and creating investment summaries.
• Participating in due diligence and performing complex analyses.
• Preparing valuation and operational models.
• Researching attractive software models and industries.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, advisory, or accounting.
• Professional designation (ACCA, CA, or CFA) obtained or in progress.
• Excellent academic performance in an undergraduate degree program.
• Experience with building financial models and strong analytical abilities.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Passion for technology and a tenacious attitude toward research.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
