Job Description
CookUnity is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its Customer Experience team. This role involves overseeing supervisors, managing daily operations, and ensuring the team meets key performance indicators. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high service standards and achieving team objectives. CookUnity is dedicated to connecting the world with chefs and empowering them to nourish the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of 4-6 supervisors.
  • Manage payroll, PTO, and sick requests.
  • Analyze data to forecast staffing needs.
  • Support daily CX operations.
  • Track contact reasons and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with the retention team.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support management.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau).
  • Customer-centric with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Outstanding level of English (oral and written).
