Sr Manager- Fulfillment Process Engineering

Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Sr Manager - Fulfillment Process Engineering to join their Fulfillment & Logistics team. This role is crucial for optimizing cold chain processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, and scalability across the company's multi-site fulfillment network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering within cold chain, logistics, food, pharmaceutical, or fulfillment industries.Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance cold chain fulfillment workflows.
• Develop SOPs for critical fulfillment equipment.
• Partner with operations leaders to improve the handoff from fulfillment to logistics.
• Create training documentation and visual work instructions.
• Lead root cause analysis initiatives.
• Support layout optimization of fulfillment lines and cold pack areas.
• Establish performance dashboards and KPIs.
• Partner with design and maintenance teams for equipment upgrades.
• Lead Kaizen events for operational and quality gains.
• Train and mentor site leaders on process control and lean methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering.
• Proven track record leading process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
