Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team in Buenos Aires. This role is hybrid, primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration in the Palermo office. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring teams across the Americas to attract top talent, particularly for engineering roles. The role involves:

• Owning full-cycle recruiting for various roles, especially in tech, across teams in the U.S., Canada, and LATAM (mostly Argentina).
• Acting as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven recommendations and market insights.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, leveraging sourcing strategies to identify and engage A+ talent.
• Championing employer branding initiatives, crafting compelling outreach messaging.
• Ensuring a smooth and structured hiring process, including intake meetings, candidate screening, and technical interviews.
• Managing offers, negotiations, and reference checks.
• Elevating recruitment best practices, continuously optimizing processes and tools.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in in-house full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, product-driven companies.
• Proven experience recruiting for both US and Argentina-based teams.
• Fluent in English (advanced/bilingual level).
• Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• A bias for action.
