Job Description
Nothing is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its EU Team. This role is based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and focuses on growing and managing relationships with key accounts, driving sales, and expanding the company's market presence in these areas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the consumer electronics sector, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a remote position within a growing remote team across Western Europe, with a preference for candidates based in Germany or a closely located country.
Role involves:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key business clients, distributors, and partners across the DACH region.
- Developing tailored account plans to achieve sales objectives and foster business growth.
- Driving sales by identifying opportunities for growth within the mobile phones and audio product categories.
- Executing strategic plans, including forecasting, reporting, and targeted sales initiatives.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create promotions, events, and campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Analyzing sales data (e.g., purchase, sales, inventory) to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable commercial experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in the consumer electronics or telecommunications sector, managing B2B accounts or enterprise clients within the DACH region.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High analytical ability for interpreting complex data sets.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
- A university degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent in German (native or near-native level) with strong English communication skills.
