Job Description

Notion is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Growth team. Notion's mission is to make software ubiquitous. The Growth Engineer will play a crucial role in achieving this by using experiments, creativity, and feature creation to accelerate the adoption and value of Notion to a growing user base. Notion is an in-person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver experiments end-to-end, from ideation to analysis.
  • Understand the Notion customer to uncover insights.
  • Plan, shape, and build new features.

Requirements:

  • Experience shipping polished user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React.
  • Experience with data and experimentation, using A/B testing.
  • Ability to solve problems and work towards a clean solution.
  • Pragmatism and impact-orientation.
  • Ability to communicate nuanced ideas clearly
