Job Description

Nothing is seeking a Senior People Partner to join their team in Gurgaon, India. This role will act as a liaison between people operations and business units, providing strategic and operational support to the business and leaders in the India region. The Senior People Partner will report to the Head of HR, India, and will be involved in a broad range of HR areas, with a key focus on talent acquisition in the initial six months.

Role Involves:

  • Driving talent acquisition in the region.
  • Aligning HR strategies with business strategy.
  • Building organizational and people capability.
  • Shaping and implementing effective people strategies.
  • Evaluating business pain points and creating strategies.
  • Collecting market talent reports and insights.
  • Optimizing HR policies for the India business unit.
  • Handling employee relation issues.
  • Liaising with external vendors.
  • Building organizational culture and providing employee support.
  • Driving monthly HR operations activities.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of HR or HR generalist experience in multinational companies.
  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficient in HRBP experience.
  • Understanding of leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
  • Enjoys the hustle of a startup.
