Job Description
iHerb is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the safety, security, and operational performance of its distribution center. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for strategic and tactical direction of B2C fulfillment center.

The role involves:
  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency.
  • Developing strategic plans to meet goals.
  • Holding management staff accountable for daily and weekly operational plans.
  • Developing and directing the management of the company’s Fulfillment/Distribution Center.
  • Monitoring and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Interacting regularly with the executive team and individual department heads.
  • Maintaining adequate staffing levels.
  • Continually investigates and introduces process improvement measures.

Requirements:
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
  • Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience within a multi-shift distribution center.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
