Homeward is seeking a Junior Transaction Coordinator to streamline the home buying and selling experience. This role involves assisting the Transaction Coordinator in ensuring on-time closings and delivering excellent service to Homeward customers and agents. The Junior Transaction Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external service providers, including title, mortgage, and insurance companies, while managing transactions through critical phases.
Responsibilities include: - Daily dashboard management of outstanding documentation and deadlines.
- Creating and sending documents via e-sign platform.
- Sending templated emails to request documents from agent partners.
- Reviewing HOA documents to mitigate risk.
- Assisting with file management.
- Collecting necessary documents for on-time file closing.
- Collecting and reviewing receipts from required repairs.
Requirements include: - 2+ years in file management or related experience.
